Esokia, a web project methodology designed to meet the specific needs of your web projects. Over 10 years' experience in the digital field, using agile, scrum and kanban methodologies. A web agency on several continents working tirelessly, even thousands of kilometers away. A single objective: to guarantee 100% success for your web projects!

Our web project methodology with digital experts

Esokia is first and foremost a multidisciplinary team of digital experts. With their divergent identities, know-how and experience, our collaborators will take charge of the development and execution of your digital strategy.

Our teams are made up of product owners, scrum masters, front-end and back-end developers, some of whom are certified Team Leaders for a given technology, web designers, UX/UI experts, testers and digital marketing specialists (SEO, SEA, Neuromarketing...).

A dedicated team is set up for each project. Each project is different from the next, so different skills are required to meet different needs.

A user-centric approach

Have you ever heard of neuromarketing? Neuromarketing tells us that a website needs to convince users to continue their journey with your brand in just a few seconds. To achieve this, two fundamental steps must be taken: design and ergonomics. On the one hand, aesthetics are paramount, as they reflect your professionalism and brand image, and on the other, your site must also be ergonomic to demonstrate its ease of use.

We propose the "User Centric" approach which, as its name suggests, puts the user at the center by analyzing his or her experience of a website. It takes a representative sample of potential users who give their opinions to see if the site meets their expectations and needs. It takes place in 3 distinct phases:

Our web project methodology for your digital project:

Esokia offers fixed-price web projects. We recommend that you work to a clear, precise specification or expression of need. This should detail your vision and objectives, as well as key elements such as the type of site (corporate, catalog, e-commerce...), your target audience, total number of pages, contact form, services to be integrated, etc., so that we can finally offer you our skills to carry out the project.

To begin any project, we organize a kick-off with you to define the project objectives, methodology, schedule, deliverables, define responsibilities and finally validate the commercial agreement.

We then move on to workshops organized by a Product Owner who will ask you specific questions, and who will be accompanied by our designers specialized in their fields, both for the UX part representing ergonomics, and for the UI, which takes care of design. Together, they will create a file with the project's functional and technical specifications.

Once everything has been validated, we move on to the development stage of your site or mobile application. We then propose user-testing phases using the qualitative "focus group" method, which involves potential customers testing the interfaces and giving their feedback on the site.

Schema 2

Once the product has been delivered, we offer Third-Party Application Maintenance, which enables us to continue optimizing your site by correcting any bugs and errors found, and to make it evolve in line with your visitors' expectations.

We also use the AB Testing method, which compares two versions of a web page, where version A is the current site page and version B is the modified-optimized page. The aim is to compare the performance of these two pages simultaneously, in order to modify the design of page A if necessary.

Esokia is not just a development agency, but an agency that designs digital solutions.

Our web project methodology for your digital project:

Our team adapts to the customer's objectives and constraints, as well as to the specifics of the project.

We follow two well-known project management methodologies. Depending on each project, we choose the appropriate method.

The first is the Agile method, which puts the customer's needs at the heart of project priorities. It is based on rapid, adaptive development cycles known as "sprints". All we have is a global vision of the project, and we'll set objectives over fairly short periods to move forward as quickly as possible.

The Scrum method is one of the main ones, with the aim of holding daily meetings for projects where it is impossible to define all the tasks and constraints from the outset.

The second is the V-method, which has the advantage of avoiding "back and forth" during the project, and providing greater precision during the testing phase. It consists of 9 stages, which can be grouped into 3 main phases: Design → Realization → Validation.

Schema 3

We can also use a hybrid methodology, i.e. a mix of the two methods described above.

Focus on quality !

Quality Assurance Testing is at the heart of our process. As the saying goes, quality is better than quantity. By focusing on quality, you show your users that your site is pleasant, functional, efficient and secure. They will then have a positive opinion of it, and will want to return to it often. And the more consistent users you have, the more potential customers you'll have who will become loyal clients.
