With experience and over the course of partnerships, our development agency has set up several collaboration models, so that your company can choose the one that fits its projects. Each collaboration contract is the guarantee for your company to :
- Define the collaboration between you and Esokia in a legal contract;
- Define, officially, that is, in writing, each element such as the relationship with the principals, tariffs, costs and expenses, responsibilities and losses, the incapacity for work, etc.;
- Save time, as each collaboration model is the subject of a proven standard contract
Our collaboration models
Depending on the level of detail and complexity of the specifications, requirements and constraints of the project, we propose several models of collaboration:
At a flat rate : the specifications are sufficiently detailed to commit to a result with a cost and schedule known from the start. Any addition, for example, to functionality, must be the subject of an amendment to the contract.
In agile methodology : in the case of a specification in progress, we deliver the project iteratively and incrementally. The service is then invoiced in sprints, that is, step by step.
In management or technical assistance / dedicated team : a managed IT service implies finding the right means to produce specific results. Esokia puts people with the required skills at your disposal during a given period of time.
Dedicated team : we set up a development team, led by a Scrum Master or technical project manager. The dedicated team can be multidisciplinary and include all the skills necessary for the realization of your IT development project such as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX and UI designer, Frontend and Backend development, testers, DevOps, etc.
Fixed-priced contract or agile project with a flat-rate service agreement : based on the backlog (simplified equivalent of a specification) known at the time of the contract, it is then possible to proceed at a flat-rate for the identified perimeters and set up cost adjustment tools. Here, invoicing is based on the total number of complexity points gradually updated in the product backlog and velocity.
TPMA : Our Third Party Application Maintenance service is based on a Unit of Work credit pack from which our teams will draw, such as carrying out maintenance interventions for your service during working hours.
Rental of resources for hosting and subscription to the outsourcing service : the more the scope is defined, the better you can commit to the package on a price and a deadline.
