Placement-direct.fr specialises in online brokerage for Life Insurance and Retirement Savings. Founded in 1999, it was acquired in 2008 by the SwissLife Group. It offers products from several insurance companies and acts as a business provider for them.
The Challenge: saving time and money for Internet users
Placement-direct.fr saw things in a large scale for their new website. Indeed, in addition to a complete redesign of their existing website, they needed to integrate a new customer relationship management system.
A more powerful system that will make it easier to update site content. A more efficient and responsive online showcase allowing customers to subscribe directly online.
Our Solution: communicate strategically the best offers
It was important to directly connect future customers to information they were looking for. We had to erase their doubts and remind them that behind the screen is an advisor who will help them choose the right insurance.
Thanks to the Drupal Open Source CMS, we have improved flexibility, quality, security as well as the user experience, which is even more advanced and personalizable.
In addition, we have implemented 2 conversational strategies:
A live chat that allows you to communicate directly with advisors.
A "web call back" that allows the customer to leave their contact details and availability to be called back at a suitable time.
In both cases, buttons called "call-to-action" accompany them in order to boost conversion and allow the visitor to subscribe online for a contract at any time.

Placement-direct.fr has been a pioneer in online life insurance since 1999. A fresh look will allow them to integrate new technologies on their showcase site. A new website with the company's colours that reassures and informs its future clients.
