2020, a year full of challenges: we will be back even stronger in 2021!

Like all companies around the world, in 2020 Esokia has had to sail with great care and follow a very precise organization in order to stay on course. Let's take a look back at the achievements of our teams over the last 12 months.

Three major moments

Creation of Esokia France based in Paris at the beginning of the year.

Esokia continues to grow as illustrated by the opening of its digital agency in Paris in early 2020! Located in the 8th district of the French capital, our web agency is aimed at all clients in France and neighboring countries (Belgium, Switzerland) looking for web development expertise close to home.

Successful implementation of teleworking for all employees during lockdown

The global lockdown, which also concerned 4 countries where we are implanted, was an opportunity to put our procedures under test. As a result, Esokia's business continuity plan proved to be solid and effective, with each employee being able to successfully deliver our Services remotely from home.

Progressive return to the office and implementation of barrier gestures

Concerned about the well-being and health of our employees, we have chosen a gradual return to the office, so that each person can return to his or her work with peace of mind. Of course, barrier gestures are strictly adhered to and teleworking has been encouraged to limit the risks!

Esokia's achievements in 2020

In 365 days, our teams have completed a wide range of exciting projects, amongst which :

• Abana : creation of a marketplace for the textile industry;
• Inspectforless : Creation of a marketplace that connects inspection services with the end customers who need the inspection service;
• Orange Football Club : website redesign and creation of a progressive web app (PWA) ;
• Orange Transfert Pays : Redesign of the website and new features added;
• Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) : creation of two websites,  https://trade.mymauritius.travel/ and https://www.mymauritius.travel/;
•  Printshot :redesign of the online printing specialist's website and addition of new functionalities

We have also strengthened relationships with our historical customers such as Imagence and GAC Technology.

Esokia's projects in 2021 !

Esokia does not hesitate to use the best means to ensure that quality is maintained at all times. Here are our projects for the next 12 months:

• Relocation of the offices in Mauritius from 2021 (more space to cope with the expansion of the teams, an even more modern setting, where it is good to develop ...);
• A project of moving our offices in Madagascar in order to welcome new talents in the best possible conditions;
• Development of the Paris office ;
• Recruitment of new talents on technologies such as Symfony, Magento, etc. ;
• Market perspective: e-commerce sites and marketplaces, solutions that have gained popularity after the unprecedented situation we have just experienced.

This retrospective is an opportunity for Esokia to thank each actor of its achievements in 2020: its collaborators. Of course, these achievements would not have been possible without you, dear clients, whom we also thank for your loyalty and trust. We look forward to seeing you all in 2021!
